Mitr Group Terms & Conditions:

 

Mitrgroup.com is an online Travel & Tours agent. It does not operate its own fleet or own its own hotel properties. Mitrgroup.com provides services to its travelling customers. It has tied up with many airline operators, hotel operators and ground handlers to provide these services to customers.

 

Mitrgroup.com‘s advice to customers is to choose the operators that they are aware of and whose services they are comfortable with.

 

Mitrgroup.com′s responsibilities include: Issuing a valid ticket or a voucher for the services chosen. Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation (cancellation policies will be followed). Providing customer support and information in case of any delay(s) / inconvenience.

 

Mitrgroup.com does not take responsibilities for the following: If airlines, trains or buses do not depart or arrive on time. If the employees of the operators demonstrate rude behavior or misbehave with the customers. If certain aspects of the operators such as seats are not up to the customer’s expectations. If the operator cancels the trip for reasons unknown. If the baggage of a customer gets lost / stolen / damaged in the event of travel. If the operator changes a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / infant / aged passenger.

 

The timings of arrivals and departures are as per the scheduled departure and arrival timings. However, the service provider may change the departure and arrival timings, or there might be delays due to unavoidable reasons.

 

The passengers will be required to furnish the following: A copy of the ticket (e-ticket or a print out of the ticket e-mail).  Photo identity proof of the traveler whose name was provided while making the booking. This includes Driving License, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN Card or Voter ID Card.

 

Failing to do so, the passengers may not be allowed to board.

 

Once a ticket is issued, it is non-transferable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person entitled to be carried there-under or to refund in connection therewith, Mitrgroup.com or any of its travel partners shall not be liable to the person so entitled, if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket.

 

A client visits our website www.mitrgroup.com, picks a destination and then writes in to us with the itinerary they require along with other details like date of journey/number of people/star rating of the properties they prefer/sight-seeing options etc.
Mitrgroup will send them a customised email quote based on their requirements. Post confirmations, the client will receive a link through our payment gateway with the amount payable. The client clicks on that payment gateway link and they effect the payment. Once payment is received, then we mail them the tour vouchers.

 

Tickets booked with Mitr Group can be cancelled up to 6 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time. The cancellation charges can be up to 100% depending on the service provider. Please check with Mitr Group’s Customer Help Desk for the exact cancellation rules on the ticket you have purchased. No cancellation is possible within two hours of departure. 

 

Mitr Group is a booking service only. It shall not be liable to make good the loss of goods or property of passengers for any of the acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the company.

 

In the event of cancellation of a service trip, Mitr Group will assist the passenger in providing an alternative similar service, subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then Mitr Group shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the ticket.

 

Passengers hereby consent to receiving communications by SMS or calls from Mitr Group with regard to services provided by them.

 

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
